Complaints and disputes
Write to us first at billing@tullunprint.com. We answer every complaint, and most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body, and we do not currently do so.
Reporting content
If something we are printing uses work you own, tell us on the report form. You do not need an account, we confirm receipt straight away, and you get a decision with the reasons for it either way.
