A notice makes us act against somebody else's business, and we take it seriously in both directions. Deliberately false or misleading notices can carry legal consequences for the person who sends them.

We will confirm receipt by email straight away and write to you with a decision and the reasons for it, whether or not we act. We pass your notice and your contact details to the shop concerned, because they are entitled to know what has been said about their listing and to respond to it.
